The enhanced website design uses rich vibrant colour,
blurred depth of field macro shots, deep shadows
and wide angle landscapes which are the visual cornerstones
of Top Gear. The navigation and structure is strong
on usability and presents its video and editorial
features immediately to users. A key feature is
the editorial lead promo that uses interactive Flash
video to convey the idea that the site is an 'audiovisual'
experience. Having the presenters voices and antics
on the home page really brings the site closer to
the 'televisual' way the audience experiences the
Top Gear show. |
